At Olden Glow, we want you to see the world with clarity and confidence. If our lenses don’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You may return unused, unopened lenses in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact us at  with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and instructions.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lenses arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Need a different prescription or lens type? We’ll happily exchange your item within 30 days of purchase, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.
